If applicable, we also collect information about your claims history to share with our affiliates (Professional Employer Organizations) to provide you a quote for service. This information collected may come from the following sources:

  • voluntary application forms in our website (premierworkerscomp.com)

  • third party affiliates (ex: other brokers) for the sole purpose of proving the you, the business owner, a quote for service

  • third party information to verify or supplement your application or claims

2. Use of your information

In order for us to provide you quality service, the information gathered from you is shared with our affiliates. These affiliates are Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) that will ultimately deliver the service to your business. We do not disclose information about your business and your employees to nonaffiliated third parties, except for the conduct of our business or as permitted or required by law.

Information may be supplied to others providing business services for us (ex: other agents). Additionally, we may provide information for audit or research purposes or to law enforcement agencies to help us prevent fraud.

4. We Do Not track you

Premier Workers Comp LLC does not track its clients across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising and, therefore, does not respond to Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals.
